Clinical supervisor

I am an AAMFT Approved Supervisor. I can offer supervision to MFTs looking to gain supervision hours that count towards licensure. My hope is to be able to offer affordable supervision for MFTs working towards licensure, focusing on self-of-the-therapist work and clinician stress management.

EMDR Therapist

I am a trained and practicing EMDR therapist. However, I am also seeking supervision to hone my skills and achieve a higher level of certification in the hopes of helping to make EMDR treatment more accessible in the Philadelphia area.

Doctoral ResearchER

I earned my PhD in Social Work and Social Research from Bryn Mawr Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research.

Some of my ongoing research projects include:

  • Researching Intergenerational Transmission of Trauma and Resilience in 3 generations of Holocaust survivor families with the Transcending Trauma Project

  • My doctoral dissertation explored how white clinicians navigate race within their work with BIPOC clients through qualitative interviews

I am available to speak on a wide range of topics, and can be contacted here.

My co-authored book, The Attachment-Based Focused Genogram Workbook, teaches therapists to use attachment-based tools for systemic practice of therapy with individuals, couples, and families.

I have spoken at clinical and academic conferences on topics such as attachment theory, clinical assessment, intergenerational transmission of trauma, and race in therapy. Please contact me for a full CV or to ask about working with me!
